We are now looking for a Senior CNC Operator specializing in turning for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry in central Gothenburg. This role is perfect for you if you have several years of experience with CNC turning and feel confident in the entire process - from drawings and setup to production, quality control, and optimization.

You will play a key role in the operation, where your experience and technical understanding contribute to ensuring efficient production with high quality.

• Independently set up, rig, and operate CNC lathes

• Read and interpret technical drawings

• Work with tool selection and process optimization

• Perform quality controls and measurements

• Troubleshoot and adjust programs and machines as needed

• Contribute to improvement work and efficiency enhancements in production

• Support and share your knowledge with colleagues when needed

• Has several years of experience with CNC turning

• Is accustomed to independently setting up and rigging machines

• Has good knowledge of reading drawings and metrology

• Has a strong focus on quality and high technical understanding

• Is solution-oriented, meticulous, and responsible

• Enjoys taking ownership of your work and contributing to the development of the business

Experience with programming and process optimization is considered a merit.
